Academy Hill, developed by Highline Buildings, set the standard for residential architecture in Kelowna's University District.
Completed in 2014, this two-building complex was the first of its kind on Academy Way, defining the area's residential landscape.
Developed by Highline Buildings and designed by Meiklejohn Architects, Academy Hill was completed in 2014, marking the inaugural residential project on Academy Way. Its architecture features a base of concrete and brick, transitioning to stucco and Hardi-panel accents on upper levels, with flat roofs designed to preserve uphill views, establishing a modern aesthetic for the burgeoning University District.
The 78 apartment-style residences offer a range of layouts, many with scenic valley views, while select ground-floor retail spaces provide immediate convenience for residents. The building's thoughtful design caters to a lifestyle that values both comfort and accessibility.
