Completed in 2016, U-Two was designed by Meiklejohn Architects Inc. to meet the high demand for university-adjacent housing in Kelowna.
Developed by Mission Group and designed by Meiklejohn Architects Inc., U-Two was completed in 2016, marking a significant expansion on Academy Way. The architecture features a modern, clean look with large-scale design elements, intended to be visible and appealing from a distance, aligning with contemporary university building projects.
Comprising 112 residences across two four-storey buildings, U-Two offers a diverse mix of one, two, and three-bedroom layouts, each designed with functional spaces and modern finishes. Residents benefit from amenities like secure parking and elevator access, all within walking distance to the UBCO campus.
