In 1988, Mike Jacobs, Emil Anderson's great-grandson, spearheaded the Dilworth Mountain Estates project, marking the company's ambitious entry into residential development. What was once considered an impractical, steep hillside by other developers became a testament to engineering prowess and a commitment to creating exceptional living spaces.
